Eligibility for Refund
You may request a refund or replacement under the following conditions:
- Damaged Product: If the product arrives broken, leaking, or damaged during transit.
- Wrong Item: If you receive a product different from what you ordered.
- Quality Issue: If the product has a genuine quality defect upon delivery.
How to Request a Refund
To initiate a refund or replacement, please follow these steps:
- Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

- Include your order number and clear photographs of the damaged or incorrect product.
Refund Process
Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method. In the case of a replacement, the new product will be shipped at no extra cost.
Non-Refundable Cases
- Change of mind after the product has been delivered in good condition.
- Products opened and partially consumed without any quality complaint.
- Requests made after the 48-hour window from delivery.
